解码十五运会和残特奥会火炬“绽放”

第十五届全国运动会和全国第十二届残疾人运动会暨第九届特殊奥林匹克运动会8月2日正式发布火炬，取名“绽放”。

The torch for China's 15th National Games and 12th National Paralympic Games, along with the 9th National Special Olympics, named "Blossom," was officially unveiled on August 2.
