“Charm of the East” celebration held in Washington, D.C.

On Saturday, August 2, the "Charm of the East" Chinese Cultural and Vegetarian Food Tasting Event was held in Washington, D.C., jointly organized by the Chinese American Museum in Washington and Shanghai’s Longhua Temple.

Held at the symbolic Library of Congress—the world’s largest library—the event invited diplomats and their families from nearly 60 countries, allowing them to experience China authentically through a blend of culinary and cultural immersion.
